I think that if your a DUI lawyer in Grants Pass then you should also be a member of MADD (Mother’s Against Drunk Driving). You know, to give back and hopefully save some lives. You could argue that it would be a conflict of interest, but if we could limit the amount of drunk driving offenses in the area maybe the DUI lawyer in Grants Pass will have to take up a new specialty. How fantastic would that be.
I’m sure that the Grants Pass lawyers all know each other just like here in Ashland. They probably get together and go fishing on the Rogue River, see one another at school events, or run into each other on weekends over at the Grange.
Sometimes while walking around the SOU campus and seeing a few of the students that attend there; I think that an attorney would be smart to post a flyer up in some of the public areas advertising Criminal Defense Lawyer in Ashland.
I used to live in Orange County, CA and afternoon TV commercials there are so bad. The personal injury lawyers are the worst. Screeching car breaks and the sound of a crash next thing you know there is some stereotypical “ambulance chaser” encouraging you to call him. All the while some guy in back of him in a neck-brace is sitting in a wheelchair nodding his head while he holds up a fan of money in his hand. I can’t imagine a personal injury lawyer in Ashland stooping so low. The difference between TV ads and phone book ads in Orange County and Ashland Oregon are night and day.
The other night I was driving over to the ATM getting ready for a trip the following day when I came across an accident. It appeared that some of the SOU students had been drinking that night and ran their black SUV smack dab into a tree outside of one of the residence buildings. I couldn’t help thinking that they were going to need a good DUI lawyer in Ashland. The police where there, the kids didn’t look to be harmed, only a little shaken up, and thank God they didn’t hurt anyone else that night with their stupidity.
